Does LeadersBot hold my money?

No. LeadersBot is non-custodial. Your funds stay in your own broker or exchange account. We connect through API keys or OAuth with trade-only scopes and we refuse any key that has withdrawal permission.

How are leaders verified?

Accepted Answer

Every leader's track record is built from live broker fills streamed to us from their connected account. We do not accept screenshots, backtests or self-reported results. Drawdown, Sharpe, win rate and open risk are recomputed daily.

What happens if a leader blows up?

Accepted Answer

Your own risk limits apply first. If a leader breaches your daily loss limit or max drawdown setting, copying pauses immediately and open positions are closed if you have enabled hard stops.

How fast is copying?

Median copy latency is around 120 ms from the leader's fill to your order submission. Actual fill time depends on your broker.

Can I copy with a smaller account than the leader?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Position sizes scale proportionally to your equity or to a fixed lot multiplier you set. You can also cap the maximum size per trade.

Which brokers and exchanges are supported?

How do leaders get paid?

Leaders set a performance fee between 10% and 30% of the net profits they generate for a follower, calculated with a high-water mark so you never pay twice for the same gains.
